Case Study 1
Client: A leading Telecom Company 

Nature of the project: A Customer satisfaction survey in Nepal. Mode of interview was CATI/PAPI for which data was to be entered online.

Our Role:

  • Questionnaire was provided by the client.
  • We procured resources, monitored and supervised the fieldwork by using our local network in Nepal.
  • While optimizing our resources we were able to complete the project with in the given timelines managing different time zones with high quality output.

Case study 2

Client: A leading global research agency

Nature of the project: A detailed study on non-dairy cold beverages in Pakistan based on two different modules; Individual consumption and household consumption. Mode of interviews was face-to-face structured interviews and it was conducted in six different cities of Pakistan simultaneously with 2 visits on a sample of almost 4000 respondents.

Our Role:

  • Initially we were given a project brief, questionnaires and software for data entry for each module.
  • We translated both modules into the local language and held briefing sessions with supervisors and enumerators.
  • Then our project team supervised the whole fieldwork and took necessary measure to ensure the quality of data collected. We mobilize our resources in such a way that we completed the fieldwork in almost 60 days.
  • Data editing, data entry, data cleaning was also the responsibility of our project team.

Deliverables:

  • Data entered in the given software
  • Weekly/fortnightly status report
  • Methods report (containing details of FW, techniques and methods used with the aid of pictures)

Client: A leading Beverages Company
Nature of the project: A Brand Name Testing project in Lahore and Karachi. Our task involved questionnaire design, fieldwork, data preparation and Presentation. Client’s need was Top line results in 4 working days.
Our Role:

  • The client gave us Research Brief. We developed the questionnaire and managed all activities in research operations till the Presentation to client in the shape of Power Point slides.
  • We mobilized our research and field teams in such a way that this project was completed well within the given Time, with high Quality output.

  • Statistical Tables in Excel File.
  • Power Point Presentation.

Study Type: Online survey amongst Interactive Media Users.
Client: Leading Research Agency in the Region.
Our Role:

  • A scientific procedure was use to select the target respondents in consultation with the client. An electronic invitation was sent to potential respondents to participate in this study.
  • Achieved the target sample size of 550 respondents.
