At IFT we are a newly established survey research company with a difference. We know that clients’ don’t just want facts; they want the insight that comes from going behind the numbers, beyond the trends and between the lines. Client: A leading Telecom Company
Nature of the project: A Customer satisfaction survey in Nepal. Mode of interview was CATI/PAPI for which data was to be entered online.
Our Role:
Questionnaire was provided by the client.
We procured resources, monitored and supervised the fieldwork by using our local network in Nepal.
While optimizing our resources we were able to complete the project with in the given timelines managing different time zones with high quality output.
